12 weeks - Weekly success sessions with additional structure, accountability towards your vision & goals, and coaching support by Zoom, email, or text.
Twelve 1-on-1 Coaching sessions (45 min) w/ Personalized Roadmap to Success
Mind over matters - You have the ability to do amazing things. These sessions tap into that distinctive know-how to help you obtain the control you need to reach higher and create new success. Identify patterns, shift self-concepts, and create structured growth pathways that will rapidly move you beyond the barriers holding you back, so you can step into your highest possibility and get extraordinary results. Develop the skills, tools, and strategies to sustain the growth and transformation. This clinician-centered approach incorporates techniques from multiple modalities to yield a system for the targeted results. Flexible scheduling provided with extended hours to respect your busy schedule, and the focused high-yield sessions will aid you to get the most out of your time investment.

Impromptu sessions offered to address urgent needs and troubleshoot challenges in between regular coaching sessions. Topics may include managing difficult conversations, overcoming specific obstacles, or addressing immediate concerns.
